Family Gathering, A solid choice for group stays
They had this cozy game room where we had a blast playing bingo, and the prize money was decent, something you'd not expect in a place like this. Plus, the restaurant staff were really friendly, especially Emily and Angie, who always made sure we were taken care of at meals.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but considering the experience, it was reasonable.

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar lounge, and a helpful restaurant. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost necklace during my first visit, and they were amazing again this time, providing great service with a smile. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful city trip.

We had a fantastic stay for 3 nights in a cozy double room with a lovely cooked breakfast each morning and the option to enjoy live entertainment both evenings. The space was perfect for unwinding, thanks to the nice bar and an inviting lounge area. Only downside was the tiny bathroom that was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 😊

Had a blast with friends! The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly. We caught a fantastic show at the North Pier Theatre and enjoyed a night at the Blackpool Grand Theatre. Just make sure you ask for extra toast at breakfast. Sharing tables with strangers can be a bit awkward.

Fantastic food and friendly staff!
The staff were helpful, providing an extensive range of vegetarian options for dinner every night which I appreciated. The breakfast had a lovely selection, ensuring each morning started off right. The only downside was that the hotel's design felt a bit outdated, but it's being improved, so I look forward to seeing those changes on my next visit.

missingWrote a review on 19 Augdated decorpoor hygiene
The breakfast situation could use a serious upgrade. Cold food and awkward table-sharing with strangers weren't ideal. The furniture feels dated, lending the place an overall tired look, and the noise levels from entertainment made it hard to enjoy some peace and quiet in the evenings. Bathroom cleanliness is also a concern, with reports of limescale that certainly didn't add to the experience.

Great spot for a family getaway
The room was large with two comfy double beds. It had all the essentials like a TV, a kettle for tea, and a private bathroom with a powerful shower. A cozy bar area for evening drinks. The location is super convenient, just a two-minute walk to the tram stop.
